摘    要:现代管材技术为富气密相输送工艺打开了应用的大门。在正常操作条件下,富气密相输送工艺避开了富气两相输送所带来的问题。与传统压力下的干气输送工艺相比,富气密相输送工艺的管路压降小,压缩机表现出更高的效率。富气密相输送工艺对富气的烃露点要求不高,在矿场或采油平台,一般通过常温分离得到的富气就能满足密相输送的要求,因而可以简化油田、凝析气田的气体处理工艺,节省天然气凝析液储运费用。然而,富气中较高的重烃含量也给富气脱硫、脱水带来了困难。文中分析了富气的特性,讨论了富气处理与密相输送工艺技术,简述了国外富气密相输送技术应用概况。

Abstract:The modern tubing techniques open the door for the application of dense phase transmission of rich gas. The dense phase transmission of rich gas avoids the problem from two phase scheme in normal operating conditions. The rich gas dense phase alternative manifests smaller pressure drop and higher compression efficiency than the dry gas alternative under the traditional operating pressure. Since the specification of the hydrocarbon dew point for the dense phase alternative is not limited strictly, and the rich gas obtained with simple oil gas separation under normal temperature in the fields or platform can meet the requirements for the dense phase alternative, the gas treatment process can be simplified for oil and condensate fields and the expense of storage and transportation for gas condensate can be saved. However, the high heavy hydrocarbon content in the rich gas brings the difficulty to desulfuration and dehydration of the rich gas. The article analyzes the features of the rich gas, discusses the rich gas processing and the dense phase transmission, and describes the application of dense phase transmission of rich gas abroad briefly.
