| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前国内已投运的单机容量(660MW)最大的发电机组配套的石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫装置(FGD),包括FGD的流程、组成部分及主要设计参数等。分析了FGD的运行特性,并对运行中出现的主要问题(如吸收增浆液循环泵叶轮磨损、除雾器冲洗水管断裂、浆流输送泵爆裂等)进行了分析,提出了相应的解决方案,收到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper briefs the limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(FGD)system of 660 MW unit in shajiao C Power Plant,which is the equipped biggest FGD system in operation in China now.The introduction includes the system process,constituent parts and their main parameters of FGD etc.In addition,the operation characteristics of FGD system,and the main problems occurring in operation ,such as:wear of circulation pump vane of absorber tower slurry,crack of flush pipe of demister etc.,are analyzed, and the corresponding solving measures are put forward. |
