烹饪教育中的生态保护道德意识

摘    要:烹饪是以可食用的动植物性原料为主,制作供人们食用的饭菜的特殊行业,近几年盛行的"食野"之风对人类生存环境造成了严重危害.烹饪教育中增加生态保护道德意识教育,提高整个厨师队伍的生态保护道德意识是不容忽视的社会问题,也是从根本上遏制"食野"的主要途径之一.

Abstract:Cuisine is a special trade of preparing and providing meals for people by using mainly edible plant and animal materials. In recent years the tendency towards people's liking for "Eating Wild Animals" has unceasingly developed, which has created serious threat to the existence environment of human beings. Therefore, strengthening moral ideological education of ecological protection in culinary course teaching and enhancing the consciousness of the whole cooking staff in this respect is a social problem which can't be neglected. Meanwhile, that is also a main way to put an end and for all to the tendency of "Eating Wild Animals".
