粗纱机半封闭锭翼提高纺纱质量的实践

摘    要:论述了半封闭锭翼与全封闭锭翼在同等条件下的长期对比试验结果,不同季节、不同品种精梳和普梳纱条件下,全封闭锭翼产生的纱疵和毛羽各不相同,而半封闭锭翼则有效解决了普梳纱纱疵问题和精梳纱毛羽问题。

Abstract:In this paper is described a long-term contrast test result between semi-enclosed flyer and fully-enclosed flyer under the same condition. Under the conditions of different season and different yarn product processed by carded or combed, yarn defects and hairiness caused by fully-enclosed flyer differ each other whilst semi-enclosed flyer can effectively overcome the defects of the carded yarn and reduce the hairiness of the combed yarn.
