塔河油田油气集输管网腐蚀现状及防腐技术的研究与应用

摘    要:塔河油田在近年的开发过程中,地面集输管网不同程度的出现腐蚀穿孔,严重影响油田的正常生产。从油井采出来的原油中含有大量的H2S、CO2以及地层水和其它杂质,对采油设备及集输管网的腐蚀破坏性极大。对其腐蚀机理进行分析,找出防腐措施极为重要。本文通过对塔河油田已建地面管网的腐蚀监测及油、气、水的分析,找出了管线腐蚀的机理,并提出了相应的防护措施,提高了油田的开发效率。

Abstract:The occurrences of different degrees corrosion failure of surface oil and gas gathering and distribution pipelines in Tahe Oilfield has greatly affected the normal oilfield operation in recent years. Crude oil from oil wells contained large amounts of H2S, CO2 and the formation water and other impurities which resulted in severe corrosion of oil production equipments and gathering and distribution pipelines. Thus, it is very important to analyze their corrosion mechanism and identify anti-corrosion measures. Based on the corrosion monitoring of built oilfield surface pipelines and the analysis of oil, gas and water, the paper identified the mechanism of pipeline corrosion and the corresponding anticorrosion measures to improve the efficiency of oilfield development.
