云冈热电直接空冷喷湿系统研究与应用

摘    要:夏季高温时,直接空冷机组的出力受阻是较普遍的问题。采用喷雾增湿法可有效降低空冷器入口处的空气温度,改善空冷器的换热效果,提高机组运行的真空度并使其满发。为了研究雾化增湿降温法在直接空冷机组中应用的可行性和有效性,采用CFD技术对雾化增湿系统进行了三维数值模拟,并进行了现场试验。通过数值模拟研究和试验分析,在直接空冷系统中采用喷雾增湿法是可行的,增设喷雾增湿系统后,不仅可以显著提高机组的经济性,而且有利于机组的安全运行,具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:It is a common problem of affecting electricity capacity of the direct air-cooled unit at high temperature in the summer. The method of spray humid can be used effectively to reduce the air temperature of air-cooler at the inlet so as to improve the effect of heat transfer of the air cooled heat exchangers, to improve the operational vacuum and to reach full capacity of the unit in the summer. To study the feasibility and validity of the spray humidification applied in direct air-cooled unit of large power plant, using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique the spray humidification system had been 3-D numerically simulated. Through research and economic analysis of the spray humid system, the results show that it is feasible to apply the method of spray humid in the direct air-cooled unit. This method not only can significantly enhance the economy of the unit, but also keep the unit operating safely. It is worth widely applying in the direct air-cooled unit.
