连杆小头衬套孔位置综合误差纠正方法与分析

摘    要:针对连杆小头衬套孔位置综合误差,提出一种基于镗削衬套孔的纠正方法.为论证纠正方法的可行性,在ANSYS中建立4种分析模型,对衬套过盈联接进行有限元计算.通过与试验结果的比较,验证了有限元计算结果的准确性.研究结果和实际应用表明,纠正方法可行、有效.

Abstract:For position synthesis errors of connecting rod small end bushing-bore,the correction method based on boring bushing-bore has been proposed.In order to demonstrate the feasibility of the correction method,have established 4 kinds of analysis model using ANSYS to calculate the interference fit of the bushing.In comparison with the test results,the calculation results are credible.Research and practice has shown that the correction method is feasible and valid.
