基于ADAMS的弧齿锥齿轮传动系统动力学仿真

摘    要:基于三维造型设计软件Pro/E,构建了弧齿锥齿轮传动系统三维参数化模型,并将其导入机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS中,在ADAMS中建立弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的虚拟样机模型,对此样机模型进行仿真,得到转速、轮齿啮合力等参数特性曲线,对其进行分析,为动态特性优化提供理论指导.

Abstract:A three-dimensional parametric model of spiral bevel gear transmission based on Pro/E.The parametric model is converted to ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems),and then the virtual prototype is built in ADAMS.The characteristic curves of rotational speed and meshing force are obtained by simulation.The theoretic guidance will be provided for the dynamic optimization by the analysis.
