摘    要:实验以氯化苄、环氧氯丙烷为季铵化试剂,合成新型咪唑咻缓蚀剂.经IR、1H NMR对合成产物结构进行了表征.以静态失重法和极化曲线法研究了缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能.实验结果表明:该咪唑啉型缓蚀剂在8%HCl介质中对Q235钢具有较强的缓蚀能力,缓蚀效率可达97.3%.经比较添加缓蚀剂前后Q235钢的极化曲线可见,添加缓蚀剂后自腐...

Abstract:A new imidazoline corrosion inhibitor was synthesized with benzyl chloride,epichlorohydrin as quaternization reagent.The structure of the target product was identified by IR and ~1H NMR.Inhibition performance of the imidazoline inhibitor for Q235 in 8%HCl solution was investigated using polarization curve under static and flow conditions.The results showed that this inhibitor had a great corrosion inhibition for Q235 steel in 8%HCl solution.The maximum inhibition efficiency was 97.65%.The polarization curves showed that the corrosion potential of Q235 carbon steel became more positive with the addition of the inhibitor.The static weight loss could be correlated with the polarization curves.
