基于三维设计的鼓式制动器装配夹具的运动学仿真

摘    要:针对鼓式制动器装配夹具在加工中的工艺要求,进行了基于三维设计的鼓式制动器装配夹具的研制.其研制过程及验证测量数据表明:通过对鼓式制动器装配夹具三维建模设计与运动学仿真,可在样机制造之前方便地预测夹具的装配干涉及装配准确度;从而既保证了工件的跳动公差要求,也提高了鼓式制动器的装配精度.

Abstract:On account of the process requirements of assembly fixture with the drum brake in turning,the special fixture of the drum brake was studied based on 3D design.The results of metrical data were shown:it was convenient to forecast the assembly interference and precision of the drum brake before prototype was made,means of the 3D model design and MXD.Therefore,the needs of run-out tolerance of workpiece were met,and the assembly precision of the drum brake was improved.
