摘    要:负间隙精密冲裁是一个复杂的力学过程,涉及弹性变形、塑性变形、损伤软化和韧性断裂等现象.本文使用DEFORM-2D软件对AISI-1045钢进行了弹塑性大变形有限元数值模拟,将McClintock断裂准则应用于负间隙精冲韧性断裂的预测中,预测了材料变形过程中的静水应力、等效应力和等效应变的分布以及发展趋势.并依据仿真条件和模拟结果分析,通过实验的方法获得了不同负间隙下的无毛刺冲裁件.

Abstract:Fine-blanking with negative clearance is a complex mechanics process,it relates to the phenomena of elastic deformation,plastic deformation,damnification inteneratation,ductile fracture and so on.By using DEFORM-2D software and McClintock ductile fracture criteria,the process simulation for AISI-1045 steel was done with large deformation elasto-plastic FEM.The distributions and developing trends of static hydraulic pressure,equivalent stress,and equivalent strain were predicted.According to the analysis of ...
