| Abstract: | This paper introduces the standardization and technology development of 3G and WLAN, and analyzes the domestic and overseas foregrounds of them. An emphasis is put on the relationship of compatibility and competition between 3G and WLAN, and finally this paper presents that the complete convergence of 3G and WLAN is an inevitable trend in future communication development process. |
