邻苯二甲酸催化合成四苯基卟啉

摘    要:报道了以邻苯二甲酸为催化剂催化合成四苯基卟啉的工艺。实验表明,对于0.02 mol的吡咯,最佳的溶剂为二甲苯,物料比为n(吡咯)∶n(苯甲醛)=1∶1,催化剂邻苯二甲酸的用量为0.008 mol,反应时间为4 h,得到四苯基卟啉的产率为29.9%。相比其他催化剂,反应中棕黑色副产物少,分离纯化方便,通过无水乙醇和丙酮重结晶,纯度可达98.7%(HPLC)。四苯基卟啉用IR、UV、1HNMR验证了结构。

Abstract:The synthesis of tetraphenylporphyrin(TPP) catalyzed by o-phtalic acid was studied.The experiments showed:for 0.02 mol pyrrole,the optimum solvent was xylene,materials ratio n(pyrrole) ∶n(benzaldehyde)=1 ∶1,dosage of o-phtalic acid was 0.008 mol,reaction time was 4 h,the yield of TPP was 29.9%.There were less black by-products compared to reactions catalyzed by other catalysts,so the purification of product was more easy.The purity of TPP could reach 98.7%(HPLC) after recrystallization by ethanol and acetone.TPP was identified by IR,UV,1H NMR.
