锻造设备的使用特性及其对工艺的影响

摘    要:根据设备能量、载荷和行程对锻造设备进行分类,论述了锻锤、机械压力机、液压机和螺旋压力机等常用锻造设备的载荷-能量特性、速度-“时间”特性、精度特性和其他使用特性等与使用(或工艺)有密切关系的设备技术特性。讨论了锻造设备使用特性在工艺过程中的作用及其对锻件质量和生产率的影响。

Abstract:Forging equipments are classified according to load, energy and stroke. Load energy performance, velocity "time" performance, precision performance and other performances of hammer, mechanical press, hydraulic press and screw press are discussed. These applied performances are closely related with forging technology. The role in forging process and the influence on forgings quality and productivity of applied performances of forging equipments are discussed also.
