摘    要:以盒形件为研究对象,建立了盒形件拉延筋成形的数值模型,分别对盒形件固定拉深筋和变拉深筋成形进行了数值模拟研究,并进行了工程试验的验证,对结果及误差进行了分析,实现了基于拉深筋高度变化的变拉深筋技术。这种方法能有效发挥板料成形性能,提高零件拉深成形质量。

Abstract:The numerical model of rectangular box drawbead forming was established.The fixed and variable drawbead forming was simulated and the simulation was verified by engineering experiment.The results and error were analyzed.The technology of variable draw bead was carried out based on adjusting the height of draw bead.So sheet metal formability can be exploited fully and products quality was improved.
