泡沫-EPS轻集料混凝土配合比及性能试验研究

摘    要:EPS混凝土作为一种性能优异的保温隔热材料,广泛应用于屋面及外墙保温系统。通过对施工工艺的改良,将EPS颗粒表面由憎水性转换变为亲水性。设计了正交试验,根据试验结果及因素极差分析和功效系数法得出了最优配合比。在最优配合比的基础上掺加发泡剂降低其干表观密度,通过对其进行物理力学性能试验,研究出轻质高强的泡沫-EPS轻骨料混凝土。

Abstract:Polystyrene concrete which has many excellent performance is a kind of thermal insulation and heat insulation material,it is widely used in roof and thermal insulation system.Through improving construction technology,making the hydrophobicity of EPS’ surface convert to hydrophilicity.Designs the orthogonal experiment and gets the best mixture ratio in the light of test result,range analysis of the factors and efficacy coefficient method.Based on the best mixture ratio,the experiment reduces dry apparent density of material by adding foam agent.According to experiments of mechanical and physical performance,the thesis works out foam-EPS with low density and high strength.
