转轮法试验中复合绝缘子放电现象及泄漏电流特征分析

摘    要:为明确复合绝缘子转轮法试验中放电现象及泄漏电流与其老化程度的对应关系,利用自主研制的复合绝缘子转轮老化试验装置对8支"R配方"的复合绝缘子短样进行了30 000转老化试验。通过监测老化过程中绝缘子表面放电现象及泄漏电流变化,总结出绝缘子表面放电现象及泄漏电流波形变化大致可分成均匀烘干、干带电弧、零星放电和微弱放电这4个阶段。分析了这4个阶段放电特征和泄漏电流波形特征,发现泄漏电流幅值、3次谐波和5次谐波的变化规律同绝缘子的老化程度有一定的对应关系,对辨识转轮试验中复合绝缘子表面的老化程度有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:To clarify the discharging phenomena of composite insulators during tracking wheel test and corresponding relation between the leakage current and aging of composite insulator,by use of self-developed tracking wheel test device,the 30 000 cycles aging test on eight short samples of composite insulators using the R-formula is performed.By means of monitoring both surface discharge phenomena and variation of leakage current of the tested composite insulators,it is summarized that the discharge phenomena and variation of leakage current waveform of the tested composite insulators can be roughly divided into four stages: uniform drying,partial discharge,scattered discharge and weak discharge.Analyzing the discharge characteristics and leakage current waveform characteristics in the four stage,it is found that there are certain corresponding relations between the aging extent of tested composite insulators and the variation laws of peak value of leakage current,the third order harmonic and the fifth order harmonic,and the corresponding relations are available for reference to the identification of aging extent of composite insulators during tracking wheel test.
