| 摘 要： | 重点介绍了炮弹新产品弹体毛坯由钢管收口代替传统的方钢热冲拔加工工艺，弹体一次收口工艺研究过程。确定的弹体生产工艺，工艺过程简单，产品质量得到大幅度提高，改善了工作环境，降低了劳动强度，在同行业处于领先水平，并为新型薄壁弹种的研发奠定了工艺基础。

| Abstract: | It was introduced that hot punching and drawing of square steel were replaced by nosing of steel tube for the processing of the shell body blank of a new projectile. The process was simple, the product quality was improved greatly, the working environment was improved, the labor intensity was decreased. The research made foundations for the development of new type of thin-walled projectiles. |
