| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the hole defects in cold-rolled strip, the conclusion is got that two kinds of hole defects produced in the plant are mainly influenced by materials and rolling process factors. According to the analysis of the data and the defects, the appropriate roll shape must be chosen from rolling process factors considered, the size, shape and distribution of inclusions of raw materials must be controlled from material factors considered. |
