改进PP树脂亲水性的研究

摘    要:选择了三种具有不同亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)的表面活性剂,这些表面活性剂的加入,使PP的接触角下降,亲水性提高。不同的表面活性剂对PP的亲水性的改善程度不同,HLB值越大,效果越好;将表面活性剂加入到PP中,能降低PP熔体的粘度,提高流动性,并减小出口膨胀率,对纺丝有利;对表面活性剂进行热分析,了解不同表面活性剂的分解温度可确保它在加工过程中不分解,研究表明,OP乳化剂的热分解温度高,改善PP亲水性的效果最显著。

Abstract:The improvement of PP's hydrophilicity by way of adding surface active agents in PP was studied. Three surface active agents having different HLB were selected and all of them can decrease the contact angle of PP and improve its hydrophilicity. The improvements are different,however, according to the different surface active agents: the more the HLB, the better the improvement. The surface active agents could decrease the viscosity of PP melt, enhance the mobility and lessen the extrudate swelling ratio. These are beneficial to processing. By means of the thermo-analysis, the decomposition temperatures were obtained and it was found that the decomposition temperature of OP emulsifier is highest and its effect on improving the hydrophilicity is most remarkable.
