负载型铁基复合金属氧化物对苯酚羟基化反应催化作用的研究

摘    要:系统研究了负载型铁基复合金属氧化物催化剂A-12对苯酚羟基化反应的催化作用,得到了优化的反应条件,即反应温度50℃,反应时间1h,苯酚/催化剂=0.225mol/g,苯酚/H2O2(摩尔比)=1.25,苯酚/溶剂(水)(摩尔比)=0.06,苯酚/乙酸(摩尔比)=7.00。在此反应条件下,采用催化剂M-6,苯酚转化率达67.0%,过氧化氢有效利用率83.8%,苯二酚选择性100.0%。负载型铁基复合金属氧化物催化剂价格低廉,性能优良,具有良好开发和应用前景。

Abstract:It was found in this paper that A-12 and M-6 (the surpported Fe2O3 based complex metal oxides catalysts) had exhibited great catalytic behaviours on the hydroxylation of phenol with H2O2. The factors, which influnce the phenol hydroxylation process, include catalyst amount, phenol amount, H2O2 amount, solvents, acid mediums and their amount. The best reaction conditions have been acquired when phenol/catalyst was 0.225mol/g; phenol/H2O2(molar ratio) was 1.25; phenol/water (molar ratio) was 0.06; phenol/acetic acid(molarratio) was 7.0; reaction temperature was 50; reaction time was 1 hour. The conversion of phenol has been as high as 67% and the efficiency of H2O2 has been 83.8% in the phenol hydroxylation if the optimum catalyst M-6 and the most suitable reaction conditions were selected. As a result, the surpported Fe2O3 based complex metal oxides catalysts are cheap and preferable for producing diphenols by the hydroxylation of phenol H2O2.
