摘    要:对乘用电动汽车前端盖的加工工艺进行了详细的分析,阐述了各加工工序的加工工艺关键最与夹具功能特点,对各个加工工序中存在的技术难点进行了深入的分析,给出了具体的解决方案,并落实在设备选型和夹具的设计中。

Abstract:Machining process of front cover for electric passenger car was discussed in details,expound key point of machining technical parameter and features of fixture function requirement of each process.Technical difficulties of each process were analyzed and also solutions by equipment selection and fixture design were given.
