基于DSP的电动叉车驱动控制系统硬件设计

摘    要:主要研究电动叉车交流控制系统,以微处理器为核心,采用异步电动机直接转矩控制算法,设计基于TMS320F2812的电动叉车用交流驱动控制器。采用直接转矩的控制系统,该系统稳定且适宜于在电动工程车辆中推广应用。根据电动叉车的性能指标,采用空间电压矢量分析方法,分析了直接转矩控制的基本原理、结构和算法。针对该系统设计了DSP控制器,并设计了驱动器的外围电路。
