| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了修光刃的基本概念及其功用，提出了将修光刃技术应用于金属切削刀具，以改善切削性能和提高生产效率。通过对修光刃形状结构进行分析和修光刃刀片与标准刀片在表面加工质量、切削应力、切屑处理及应用分析等方面进行比较，总结了一些正确应用修光刃技术以及正确选用修光刃刀片的意见和方法。为提高产品的表面加工质量和改善切削机理提供了一些可行的实施措施，从而满足产品的加工需求。学会灵活应用修光刃技术对提高刀具的使用性能有很大的帮助，在实际生产中有十分现实的意义。
