油溶性缓蚀剂评价方法初探

摘    要:为了评价油溶性炼化工艺缓蚀剂的性能,以环烷酸复配减二线馏分油作为腐蚀介质,建立了实验室油溶性缓蚀剂静态挂片评价方法,通过在腐蚀介质中加入一定浓度乙醇增加缓蚀剂溶解性,建立了油溶性缓蚀剂电化学实验评价方法。对现场使用的炼油工艺缓蚀剂进行了性能评价,讨论了实验条件及测试时间的影响。

Abstract:Taking naphthenic acid and vacuum 2nd side cut as corrosion medium,a new static weight loss method of oil soluble inhibitor was examined in order to evaluate the performance of oil soluble inhibitors used in refineries.With adding a certain amount of alcohol into the evaluating medium to increase the dissolving capacity of inhibitor,electrochemical evaluation method of oil soluble inhibitor was set up.Process inhibitor used in refinery was tested and effect of test conditions as well as time effect was disc...
