| 摘 要： | 通过调研比较,中国石油克拉玛依石化公司150万吨/年延迟焦化装置加热炉F2101采用水热媒空气预热装置成功解决了长期困扰加热炉空气预热器的露点腐蚀问题,保证了装置的长期稳定运行,达到了节能降耗的目的。

| Abstract: | Through making comparative survey,the heating furnace of the 1.5 million t/a delayed coking in the Petrochina Keramay Petrochemical Company, which adopted water heating medium working on the device of air preheated,was successfully used to solve the problem of the exposed-point corrosion of the air preheated device so as to achieve the long-term stable operation of the unit and energy conservation. |
