模态分析技术在胶印机结构振动中的实验研究

摘    要:以含有一个递纸辊的单张纸胶印机递纸单元为研究对象,对此类传动系统的模态参数识别方法进行了研究。运用运行模态分析方法对单张纸胶印机递纸试验台的模态参数进行识别,得到在白噪声激励下参与单张纸胶印机递纸支架结构振动的模态阶次及振型,利用锤击实验模态方法验证其可行性。实验结果表明:采用基于EFDD的运行模态分析方法对单张纸胶印机递纸试验台进行模态参数识别是可行的。

Abstract:This paper focused on printing unit with delivering roller. Modal parameter identification of press with ambient excitation was analyzed in model tests. Analytical resuhs are compared with experimental and operational modals to analyze the structural response of press during ambient excitation to calculate the identification accuracy of enhanced frequency domain decomposition (EFDD). The analyses show that the EFDD modals accurately identifies modal frequencies. The EFDD identification accuracy is also high for modes strongly participating in the structural response.
