催化水合正丁烯制仲丁醇的生产方法

摘    要:世界甲乙酮需求量的扩大促进仲丁醇的生产,由混合C4中的正丁烯生产仲丁醇,具有原料廉价易得等特点。从生产工艺,技术经济,三废处理等方面对间对接水合法,直接水合法进行了对比分析,认为由杂多酸直接水合法制仲醉醇,具有催化剂活性,工艺流程简捷,设备腐蚀小等优点,是今后工程设计的首选方案。

Abstract:The production of s-butanol is greatly stimulated with the increase in demand for methyl ethyl ketone worldwide. And n-butene in mixed C4 is a cheap and easily available raw material for s-butanol prepared with hydrate. The production process, the technical economy and the three-waste disposition of three hydrate methods (one kind of direct process and two kinds of indirect processes) were carefully compared. The results showed that the direct hydrate process catalyzed with heteropolyacid had advantages of high catalytic activity, relatively simple process flow and low equipment corrosion. It would be the first choice in future engineering design.
