钛白副产绿矾生产聚合硫酸铁的工艺研究

摘    要:本文利用钛白副产绿矾为主要原料,经净化处理后加入适量氧化剂氧化,再以碳酸钠为聚合剂来制取聚合硫酸铁。该工艺流程简单,操作控制方便,不仅缩短了聚合反应时间、,提高产品聚合度,而且处理了钛白副产绿矾,变废为宝,既提高了企业的效益,又解决了环境污染。

Abstract:A new technology of producing the polymerized ferric sulphate(PFS) is given in this paper. It includes using ferrous sulfate (a by product of titanium white) as the main raw material, undergoing the purification then adding suitable H 2O 2 as oxidation, using Na 2CO 3 as the polymerize. So we can get right the PFS. This technology is simple, easy to be controlled and also has the advantage of a short polymerization time and a high polymerize degree. Above all it dispose the waste of the by product of the titanium white. It may not only increase the profit of the enterprise, but also solve the problem of the environment pollution.
