西非深水钻井完井关键技术

摘    要:中国石化围绕国家 "走出去"的发展战略,积极参与海外海上油气风险勘探开发,以作业者身份在西非尼日利亚JDZ区块完成水深超过1 600 m的深水油气井5口,初步形成了以浅层危害物识别与控制、井身结构优化、深水钻井装备优选、导管喷射下入、深水井控、深水钻井液和深水固井等钻井完井关键技术,有力地推进了中国石化海外油气勘探开发项目的进展,并产生了良好的经济效益与社会效益。以我国石油公司作为作业者完成的第一口深水油气井——Bomu-1 井为例,介绍了西非深水钻井完井关键技术的研究与应用情况。

Abstract:According to national strategy of oil and gas development,Sinopec has actively participated in global offshore risk exploration and development,it had successfully completed 5deepwater wells as operator in JDZ Block of Nigeria,West Africa,the average water depth of the wells is deeper than 1 600m.The Well Bomu-1was the first deepwater well drilled by Chinese oil company,the paper took it as an example and presented the key technologies of Sinopec for deepwater drilling and completion,including shallow geological hazard identification and risk assessment,conductor jetting,casing program design and optimization,drilling fluids,cementing,well control and rig selection technique,etc.The successful application of these key technologies had not only promoted the progress of JDZ project,but also improved Chinese deepwater drilling technology,and obtained good economic and social benefits.
