摘    要:为了验证减阻型内涂层对天然气管道的减阻增输效果 ,对专用减阻型涂层管、普通环氧类涂层管及无涂层普通工业管的空气动力性能进行了实验室模拟试验研究 ,确定了其摩擦阻力系数及减阻涂层在长输气管道中使用时的减阻效果。试验证明 ,在雷诺数Re为 0 .7× 10 5~ 2 .2 8× 10 5的范围内 ,使用Colebrook公式是正确的。研究结果认为 ,低雷诺数下的光滑减阻规律与高雷诺数下的光滑减阻规律是相同的 ,而且高雷诺数下的减阻效果比低雷诺数时的更明显。据此认为Colebrook公式也可用于极高雷诺数的情况。对于实际输气管线 ( =10 16×16 .2mm ,Re=4 .32× 10 7) ,采用专用减阻涂层管与无涂层普通工业管相比 ,其摩阻系数值减少 2 6 .0 7% ;与普通环氧涂层管相比 ,其摩阻系数减少 3.9%。因此在长输大口径天然气管道中采用专用内减阻涂层管减阻效果好 ,节能潜力大 ,值得广泛推广使用。

Abstract:??In order to examine the effect of the drag reducing internal coating on raising natural pipeline throughput,a laborat orial simulation test study was carried out for measuring the aerodynamical properties of drag reducing internal coating pipe,ordinary epoxyn internal coating pipe and common coating free industrial pipe respectively.On the basis of this,their friction resistance coefficients and the effects of the drag reducing coating applied in long distance natural gas pipline were determined.The testing results proves that it is correct to adopt Colebrook formula as the Reynolds number is in the range of 0.7×105??2.28×105.Through research,it is shown that the smoothing drag reduction law at smaller Reynolds number is the same with that at larger Reynolds number;and the drag reducing effect at larger Reynolds number is more obvious than that at smaller Reynolds number.Accordingly it is considered that the Colebrook formula may be also used for the largest Reynolds number.By taking an actual gas pipeline (??=1016×16.2 mm,Re=4.32×107) as an example,in comparing the special drag reducing internal coating pipeline with the common coat in free industrial pipe line,the friction resistance coefficient of the former is 26.07% less than that of the latter;and in comparing the one with the ordinary epoxyn internal coating pipeline,the friction resistance coefficient of the former is 3.9% less than that of the latter.The drag reducing effect of the special drag reducing interna lcoating pipe used for the long distance large aperture gas pipeline is very good and its energy saving potential is considerable,therefore it is worth while to widely popularize this technique.
