| 摘 要： | 通过对水资源承载力内涵界定及系统特性分析,在比较各类水资源承载力研究方法不同特点的基础上,提出了水资源承载力分析框架和步骤,构建了量化计算和指标评价相结合的综合分析方法,并深入分析了水资源承载力边界条件的确定原则。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the definition and the systematic characteristics of the carrying capacity of water resources,the analysis framework with the process is put forward on the basis of the comparison made on different features of various study methods,and then a comprehensive analysis method for the calculation of the qualification combined with the index appraisal is built up,furthermore,the principle for determination of the boundary conditions for the carrying capacity of water resources is analyzed in detail as well. |
