摘    要:玉米的雌花发育是由于小 早期雄芯原基细胞退化解体所致在雄蕊原基退化过程中,先出现细胞液泡化,随后是除线粒体以外的细胞器丢失,细胞形状不规则,解体细胞的物质可能过囊泡运输方式转移。

Abstract:The developmental process of ear in maize have been examined by using SEM,TEM and optical microscopes. The female flowers develop on the short branches known as ears. The developmental process of ear passed through asexual, bisexual and unisexual stages. The produces of unisexual flowers were due to the result of selective abortion of stamens. Vacuolation occurred in the cells of abortion stamens primordia in the ear, and then the organelles disappeared. The protoplasm in abortion cells were translocated mainly by multivesicular bodies.
