| 摘 要： | 如何实现短波、固话、CDMA/GSM、Internet、卫星等通讯网络之间的互连,并统一调度管理是网络通讯领域一直在研究的课题,IP技术为实现多种网络的互连互通提供了简单可行的解决方案。将各种通讯网络的数据经过相应的网关设备转换为IP数据包,通过SIP协议建立各种通讯终端之间的呼叫连接,最终在IP层上实现了多种通讯网络的融合通讯以及统一调度。
