考虑横向流动系数的热轧带钢比例凸度分配模型

摘    要:建立了考虑带钢横向流动系数的带钢比例凸度分配模型,结合国内某厂现场实际情况,计算得出了考虑带钢横向流动系数的6机架热连轧精轧机组比例凸度分配曲线,采用该比例凸度曲线,结合其他板形控制手段,可使厚度为2.5—6.0mm带钢的凸度精度95以上控制在±15μm范围内。

Abstract:The unit crown distribution model was established considering the transverse flow coefficient of hot rolled strip. The curve of unit crown distribution of 6-stands hot strip mill was presented based on a domestic factory. The practical production showed that the model worked well and the crown of strips with 2.5-6.0mm thickness can be controlled within ±15μm.
