PLC自动控制系统在质谱炉气分析系统中的应用

摘    要:将PLC自动控制系统用于质谱炉气分析系统,可实现质谱炉气分析系统的在线连续取样及分析,并町按照一定时序完成两探头间的相互切换以及反吹再生。研究表明:PLC自动控制系统能够实现对质谱炉气分析系统的连续不间断控制,且极为可靠、稳定和实用。

Abstract:Application of PIE automatic control system in gas analysis system based on mass spectrometer is introduced. So,continuous on-line sampling and analysis of gas analysis system based on mass spectrometer can be realized. According to a certain schedule, mutual switchover between two sampling probes and reverse blowing regeneration can be implemented. The study shows that PLC automatic control system can continuously control the gas analysis system and operation of the system is reliable, steady and available.
