摘    要:换热网络的优化设计一直是化工系统工程最活跃的研究领域。阐述了夹点技术工程设计的基本原理、工程要求与热力学分析方法,并对某常减压蒸馏装置换热网络进行优化设计,结果表明换热网络的热回收率得到显著提高,达到较好的节能效果。

Abstract:The optimal design of the Heat Exchanger Network (HEN) is the most active field in the chemical systematic Engineering. In our article, the principle of the Pinch design is discussed. The engineering requirements and the methods of themodynamic are analyzed. The actual results in a pinch design of HEN in a crude distillation Unit(CDU) show that the coefficient of heat recovery is increased greatly.
