摘 要: | 为满足车型配置的多样化和精益生产的要求,伴随着车辆单件订单化生产系统的实施,开发建立了全新的汽车总装电子电气相关工艺设计模式体系和工艺流程,解决了整车企业面对越来越复杂车辆电子电气架构给总装生产带来的诸多挑战,同时从工艺角度满足了车辆个性化配置和单件订单生产的需求,保证了高质量、零缺陷和个性化的企业产品供应市场。

Abstract: | With the implementation of automotive order-oriented production systems, this paper develops and establishes a completely new system of E/E process design model and flow for automobile final assembly to satisfy the requirement of automobile diverse configurations and lean manufacturing. Meanwhile they meet the needs of automobile personalized configuration and order-oriented production in order-oriented production, and guarantee high-quality, zero defect and personalized produets to market. |
