钢包加盖过程仿真及其保温性能研究

摘    要:基于ADAMS建立了钢包加盖的模型,对钢包取盖过程进行了动力学仿真分析,验证插齿式揭盖机构的可行性,并根据仿真结果对其结构重新设计改进。利用有限元法建立了钢包的热力学模型,分析了钢包稳态温度场的分布,并将稳态温度场作为初始条件加载到模型中进行钢包加盖的瞬态热分析,获得了钢包的温度变化曲线。仿真结果表明钢包加盖后可以使钢包节能约115×105kJ,可见对钢包蓄热能力影响显著。

Abstract:A model for ladle covering was established based on ADAMS, to dynamically emulate ladle covering process, validate the feasibility of gear-shaping cover remover and re-design the structure of the remover according to the results of the emulation. A thermal mod-el for ladle was set up using finite element method, the distribution of stable temperature field of ladle was analyzed and the stable temperature field was also loaded into the model as initial conditions to perform transient thermal analysis, obtaining temperature time history. Emulation results showed that covered ladle could save energy by about 115×10^5kJ, indicating significant effect on heat preservation of ladle.
