激励理论在思政课教学方法改革中的应用

摘    要:以心理学领域中的学习动机理论和管理学领域的激励机制理论为依据,立足大学生学习动机的构成、特征和发展模式,针对大学生思政课学习积极性不足的现状,探究激励理论在思政课教学方法改革中的应用,更新思政课教师对学生心理状况和学习习惯的把握,根据变化了的内外环境掌握学生新的认知特点,创新思政课教学激励机制,以提高思政课教学实效性,并促进高校学风的优化。

Abstract:The issue discussed in this paper is based on the motivation theory in the field of psychology and incentive system theory in the field of management and it focuses on the construction, characteristics and development mode of the college students' learning motives. Then it explores the application of motivation theory in the reform of teaching methods by analyzing the current situation of the students' inefficiency in learning to help the teachers grasp the students' psychological status and study habits. The purpose of doing this is to recognize the students' cognitive characteristics so as to innovate the incentive system of ideological and political education to improve the effectiveness of teaching and to optimize the study style of colleges and universities.
