基于多智能体的人力资源管理决策支持系统

提出了基于多智能体的人事管理系统设计思想，以实现人事管理任务的分布式协作求解，更好地实现人事管理的信息化。分析了现代Agent代理技术，利用Agent智能代理的自治性、反应性、协作性、进化性、通信性和移动性等特点，构建了基于Agent的人事管理决策支持系统的体系构架模型，描述了任务智能体、人事管理系统的结构、具体的功能Agent模块设计及其工作过程和通信方式，使系统能够在目标的驱动下采取社交、学习等行为，对环境的变化作出主动的反应并完成特定的人力资源管理任务。该系统显著提高了人事管理工作的效率，为人力资源管理信息系统的开发提供了一种新的模式。

Human Resource Management Decision Supports System Based on Multi-Agent System

To realize distributed cooperation of HRMS task, a HRMS based on multi-agent system was presented. This paper analyzes the contemporaneity agent technology and discusses how to put it in the design of human resource management information system to implement the management efficiency according to its characteristics of self-governing, reaction, cooperation, evolvement, communication and mobile, etc. It proposes the agent-based human resource information system structure, constructs the related multi-agent system and discusses the design of the concrete functional module agent and the working process of the agent system. The structure of task agent and the whole system were described, and the process of system was discussed too. The human resource management information system can communicate and study according to the objective, change with the environment actively and accomplish the given assignment of the human resource management. It provides a new mode for the exploitation of the human resource information system.
