| 摘 要： | 特香型白酒生产中原料、酒醅等的检测是工艺控制的关键因素,传统检测方法存在耗时长,工作量大,数据反馈滞后等问题。建立特香型白酒原料和酒醅的近红外快速检测模型可以快速无损进行检测,及时反馈数据,在指导生产,提高工艺控制上起到了有效的作用。

| Abstract: | In the production of Texiang Baijiu,the detection of raw materials and fermented grains is the key to process control.The traditional detection methods have some problems,such as time-consuming,heavy workload and data feedback lag,etc.The establishment of the near-infrared rapid detection model for the detection of raw materials and fermented grains of Texiang Baijiu has enabled quick and non-destructive detection and timely data feedback,which plays an effective role in guiding production and improving process control. |
