摘    要:碳中和作为21世纪最大规模的人类有序活动,如何实现绿色低碳,需要科学地策划和协调一致地实施.文中从力争尽早实现碳中和目标出发,分析我国碳排放现状,预测碳排放今后趋势,提出能源电力领域应该采取的增大清洁能源占比、加快推进电能替代、构建能源互联网、增配储能,以及发展碳捕捉与碳封存等技术措施和手段.在此基础上,将碳中和目标与电磁测量技术建立紧密联系,归纳、梳理了碳中和目标确立下对电磁测量技术及仪器的新需求.

Abstract:Starting from striving to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality as soon as possible, this paper analyzes the current situation of China"s carbon emission, forecasts the future trend of carbon emission, and puts forward the technical measures and means that should be taken in the field of energy and power, such as increasing the proportion of clean energy, accelerating the promotion of electric energy substitution, building an energy Internet, increasing energy distribution and storage, and developing carbon capture and carbon storage. On this basis, the new requirements for electromagnetic measurement technology and instruments under the establishment of the carbon neutrality target are summarized and combed.
