摘    要:为平抑电源侧和负荷侧双重不确定性给电力系统运行带来的威胁,将风电机组、光伏机组、燃气轮机、电锅炉等集成多能互补系统以解决这一难题,建立同时满足系统经济效益和环境效益的多目标优化调度模型.针对电源侧不确定性引入鲁棒随机优化理论,用约束条件的边界刻画不确定性因素;负荷侧采用需求侧响应技术调节不确定性波动.多目标函数求解借助嵌套的模糊隶属度函数,最后选取6-节点能源集线器展开分析.结果 表明上述方法可以有效降低系统不确定性,同时兼顾系统经济性和环境目标.

Abstract:In order to suppress the threat to power system operation caused by the dual uncertainty of source side wind power generation and load side, this paper constructs a multi energy complementary system to solve this problem. In this paper, wind turbine, photovoltaic unit, gas turbine and electric boiler are integrated into multi-energy complementary system, and a multi-objective optimal scheduling model is established to meet the system economic benefits and carbon emission at the same time. Aiming at the uncertainty of power supply side, the robust stochastic optimization theory is introduced to describe the uncertain factors with the boundary of constraints; The load side is regulated by demand side response technology. The multi-objective function is solved by means of nested fuzzy membership function, and 6-node energy hub is selected for analysis. The results show that the above methods can effectively reduce the system uncertainty and take into account the system economy and carbon emission objectives.
