摘    要:针对分子筛程控阀岀现内漏后导致分子筛泄压不到位,最终引起一段转化炉废气系统大幅波动、系统产氨量下降,经过逐一分析判断,确认出具体内漏阀门位置,并找出导致阀门内漏的根本原因,经过在线检修消除内漏现象,恢复正常生产.

Abstract:The internal leakage of molecular sieve sequencing valve led to insufficient pressure release of molecular sieve,finally resulting in the big fluctuation in waste gas system of the primary converter,and the decrease of ammonia production.We checked reasons each by each,determined the internal leakage position,and found the main reason of leakage.By on-line maintenance,the leakage was eliminated,and the operation was restored to the normal condition.
