摘    要:针对智能电能表现场计量精度问题,利用现场运行数据分析温度、电流、功率因数对批量电能表计量误差及其一致性的影响.基于正态分布计算电能表计量误差的均值和标准差,利用三倍标准差开展计量误差一致性分析.基于正弦函数构建电能表计量误差伴随日历时间的演变规律模型,在分别阐明功率因数和电流应力对电能表计量误差均值和标准差影响的基础上,基于艾林模型构建环境温度和电应力作用下电能表计量误差响应模型,以阐释温度和电流对电能表计量误差的综合影响.统计分析发现,温度越低、电流越大,电能表计量误差越大.依据研究结果可以补偿电能表计量误差,提高计量结果准确性,同时对进一步优化电能表运维方案,改进设计也具有参考价值.

Abstract:The accuracy of the smart electricity meters was affected by operation conditions, this study focused on the measurement error and consistency of smart electricity meters. The mean and standard deviation of power error were calculated based on the normal distribution, and three times of standard deviation was employed to elaborate the consistency of measurement errors. The evolution model of the measurement error of electricity meters with calendar time was constructed based on a sinusoidal function, and then Eyring model was employed to describe the effects of temperature and current stresses on the evolution behavior of the power error mean value for electricity meters. In terms of the effects of temperature, the mean value of metering power error declines with the increase of temperature and the decrease of the current. The results have reference value for power metering error compensation, optimization of operation and maintenance scheme, and design optimization to improve the consistency and reliability of electricity meters.
