摘    要:为突破传统“电源型”天线尺寸微缩难、阻抗匹配难、辐射效率低等原理性桎梏,基于器件物理本质首次准确定义了体声波(bulk acoustic wave, BAW)介导的磁电(magnetoelectric, ME)耦合天线,即BAW ME天线. 这是一种新型“磁源型”天线或机械天线,其工作机理迥异于“电源型”天线,有望通过原理颠覆性创新根治这些问题. 在深入认识机械天线物理本质的基础上,对其进行了理论溯源、分类梳理. 以BAW ME天线为典型案例,综述了BAW ME天线技术的研究进展,分析了该技术所涉及的关键科学问题,进一步给出了解决这些问题的技术方案框架.

Abstract:Traditional electric dipole antennas have been suffering from size scaling-down limitation, difficult impedance matching, low radiation efficiency and other inherent limitations. Therefore, the bulk acoustic wave (BAW) mediated magnetoelectric (ME) coupling antenna is accurately defined on base of its physical essence, which can also be named a magnetic dipole antenna, or a novel mechanical antenna. Its working mechanism is quite different from that of electric dipole antennas, which is conducive to solving their problems through disruptive innovation. Based on further understanding the physical essence of mechanical antenna, its theoretical origin and classification are reviewed. Taking BAW ME antenna as a typical implementation case, the research progress and key scientific issues of BAW ME antenna are summarized, furthermore, the framework of the technical solution for BAW ME antenna is also presented.
