摘    要:本文从世界肉羊产业的现状出发,对世界各国肉羊胴体分级标准进行了简单的总结与归纳。同时,通过与我国肉羊胴体分级标准的对比,找出了我国肉羊胴体分级标准与发达国家肉羊胴体分级标准体系的差距,并对我国急需建立一套完整、快速、全面的胴体分级标准体系的必要性进行了分析,为实现产业发展与经济效益达到双赢以及实现羊肉制品的优质优价提供了理论支持。

Abstract:In this paper, we summarized the standards of lamb carcass grading all over the world according to the status quo of the sheep industry. In the same time, the gap between the standards of lamb carcass grading in China and developed countries was discovered. In conclusion, formulating a systematic, fast and comprehensive standard for lamb carcass grading is extremely urgent, which provided theoretic support between the win-win situation of the industrial development and economic effectiveness, and the achievement of the high-quality and suitable-price mutton.
