上海保利广场结构设计

摘    要:上海保利广场为B级高度超限高层办公楼,地上30层,建筑高度134 m,采用框架—双核芯筒结构体系。塔楼西侧在24层收进,立面不规则。采用SATWE、PMSAP、ETABS程序对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱计算和动力时程补充计算,中震弹性复核,并进行了罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。最后,详细阐述了为了满足建筑功能要求而采取的双核芯筒抗侧力构件、钢管混凝土叠合柱、搭接柱转换这几项关键技术问题,希望能为类似的工程设计提供借鉴。
