大跨度拱桁架管内预应力损失测试分析

摘    要:为了掌握大跨度管内预应力拱桁架管内无粘结预应力施工过程中的预应力损失情况,本文结合现场原型试验,实测了拱桁架管内预应力的摩擦损失和锚固损失大小,对预应力施工过程中钢索的预应力是否达到设计要求进行监控。同时,通过实测结果与计算结果的对比分析,建议了无粘结钢绞线与钢套管壁的摩擦系数μ和局部偏差影响系数κ的取值,优化了预应力施工方案,以指导后续预应力施工,并为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract:In order to find out the loss of prestress of internal unbonded cable for long-span pipe truss arch in the construction process,a prototype test in situ was carried out,and the losses of prestress due to friction and anchoring were got in situ.During the construction the prestress value of the cable was measured to monitor whether the effective prestress meets the design requirements.At the same time the calculated results are in good agreement with that of the site measurements.Based on the test results th...
